Solid selection for a quick break in Long Eaton with exceptional value. Breakfast was a bit delayed, but overall friendly staff. If you need to leave early, maybe confirm your check-out time ahead.

pleasant stay with minor improvements needed
The location is excellent, as it’s just a short walk from the day spa I visited. The room was both clean and comfortable, clearly showing a nice blend of modern amenities within a charming setting.
While the amenities were nice, there were some aspects that could use attention.

The hotel looked great outside, and I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who made me feel right at home. I loved relaxing in the garden area and appreciate the comfy lounge for winding down after a long day. The stairs to my room could have used some cleaning, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

You simply can't miss the chocolate muffins at Breakfast. they’re a right treat! The evening meal was solid too, with a decent menu and discounts for residents. Plus, the location puts you right by some top-notch spots like The Mill & Brook and Happy House—easy peasy for a cheeky bite out.
Check-in was a bit of a palaver with no one around, and I nearly wandered into the kitchen! The bathroom could have used a good scrub. That dodgy toilet lid was a right nuisance. Not a wow factor overall, if I'm honest.

I stayed for a night and it was pretty decent. The location was perfect for my spa visit, just a quick walk away. The room was clean and had a nice vibe with both old and modern touches. Only issue was the parking was kinda tight, but overall, I had a good experience.

Excellent Indian Cuisine and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay in the Superior Suite, with the perfect blend of comfort and space. The highlight was definitely the on-site Indian restaurant offering delicious dishes that were bursting with flavor, making every meal enjoyable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. the lack of a lift for accessing upper floors could be a concern for some guests.

Family with children need to be cautious
The food was exceptional, and I had one of the best Indian meals ever. The servers were friendly and welcomed us warmly, even offered to carry our bags to the room!
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what it offered.

missingWrote a review on Apr 27comfortable bedconvenient accessdirty room
Stayed in a Standard Double Room with decent comfort in bed. The location offers easy access to nearby amenities, which made it convenient for our plans.
Walked into an unkempt environment—floors needed a good cleaning, specks of tobacco and rubbish lingered in our room. The pool table in the bar area looked like it hadn't seen care in ages, with a slant and only one cue stick available. On top of that, the simplistic pool charge felt unreasonable given the poor conditions. The overall ambiance was marred by noise, with thin walls allowing every footstep and bathroom flush from neighboring rooms to echo through. A few details could really use an overhaul.
